(1) In accordance with rule 5, if technical knowledge, services and financial support are required for farming by adopting the land use system, the relevant landowner or farmer shall open the details of the technical knowledge, services and financial support required according to the nature of farming before the Watershed Protection Officer in the format as per Schedule-2. An application must be made. (2) In the application according to sub-rule (1), the watershed protection officer must make the necessary inquiries and send a written report to the department for approval, including the technical knowledge, services and financial support required by the land owner or owner. (3) According to sub-rule (2), after receiving the letter for withdrawal, if the department deems it necessary, it should be re-examined and the withdrawal should be given as soon as possible.
